Schedule

At Stone Hill CrossFit, we have a wide variety of available workout times. While our workouts are just one hour, our atmosphere invites athletes to stay, ask questions, and strengthen friendships. You will learn from our knowledgable coaches both in and out of classes. You will be encouraged by what you learn as part of our community. We offer the following schedule:

Early Mornings are available for those who like to begin their day with the challenge of a new WOD. We offer classes at 6:30 am and 8:00 am.

Evenings are also available for our athletes. There are WODs beginning at 4:30 pm, running every hour until 8:30 pm.

Each athlete is able to sign up for the WOD on the web or through his or her mobile device utilizing our online scheduling software, Wodify.
