Stone Hill Fundamentals is a required, 2 week session of 6 classes and is designed to introduce you to the 9 fundamental movements and core concepts of CrossFit. Each class is 1 hour long.
Once you have completed Stone Hill Fundamentals, you are ready for regular classes. Each class is 1 hour long and has a maximum of 10 athletes per coach, allowing the coaches to provide you with quality, individualized instruction. These classes are offered throughout the day – morning, mid-day, late afternoon, and early evening. During each class the coach will lead you through a warm-up tailored to that day’s workout, a demonstration of each movement used in the workout, the WOD, and a stretching/cool down period. Our coaches will encourage you, help spot trouble areas, coach your technique, and scale the movements to fit
Every Saturday at 5:00pm and 6:00pm, we open our gym to the community for a free class. So, bring a friend or family member with you and come give Stone Hill a try now!
Offered Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am and Saturday at 12pm. We are committed to eliminating unnecessary stressors so that they can focus on their fitness and really push themselves. We know that some women prefer to take classes with other women, so we provide ladies only classes. Emotional and physical safety is a priority in all of our classes, but we recognize that some of our female athletes prefer a women-only space. The programming for the Ladies Only class is the same that is employed in the co-ed classes, and is scaled or modified according to each athlete’s ability.
